Effect:Aa long as this card is face-up on the field, oher monsters cannot change their positions or attack. This monster can take on the ATK and DEF of 1 opponent's monster on the field (a face-down monster results in the ATK and DEF of 0/0). Treat the selected monster as an Equip Magic Card, and use it to equip Thousand Eyes Restrict. You may use this effect only once per turn and can equip Thousand Eyes Restrict with only 1 monster at a time
I'll just be callin' this guy TER for the review. Anyway, is Relinquished on steroids. Seriouslly, not allowing your opponent's monsters to attack or change positions is devastating (sure it happens to you too, but this guy is the focus of your deck, so not problemo'). "Wow, I just took your Blue-Eyes White Dragon!", doesn't that sound sweet?
Now with such great power comes some sort of drawback right? Absolutley, and boy does TER have some drawbacks. First is the fact that it's a fusion. That means it needs Polymerzation, Thousand Eyes Idol, and Relinquished, who by the way, is hard enough to get his own! Then he's a 0/0, giving him the lowest stats in the game. And then to top it all off, TER is an Ultra Rare himself! If you can some how manage to get this guy's pieces together, definiatly making a deck centering around him, if not just sell him.

PSV-084 Thousand Eyes Restrict Well, look at this. Relinquished's Big Brother.
Well, this is certainly a VERY powerful Fusion monster. It's got Relinquished's nice effect where it can absorb an enemy's monster to take on its stats, but it also makes it so that no other monsters on the field can attack, or even change their battle positions. This monster will definitely have its place in Field Control Decks, since you would have full control of the field with this guy. Your opponent could Set or Summon monsters, but that's about it. They'd be forced to just wait until they draw their Raigeki, Fissure, Man-Eater Bug, Cyber Jar, or any of the other monster destruction cards the Restrict is weak against, just like any other monster on the field is weak to it.
Personally, I wouldn't use the Restrict in my Deck, since it require the Thousand Eyes Idol, which is literally the weakest monster in the game. 0/0 stats, and no effect at all. It's just a target, really...But, if you can actually get the Restrict out there without it being destroyed, then you'll have a pretty high advantage.
I'll give it a 3/5, since it's really powerful, but still falls prey to the same magics any other monster will and can easily be countered.

Monday- Thousand Eyes Restrict This card is perhaps the most evil card EVER. Free SORL,nothing can attack, and ,you get to steal opponents monsters! As of now it's a might difficult to play due to the lack of Blue eyes boosters it's main component being Polymerization however it shouldn't be to hard to play when the next exspansion comes out as a multitude of Polynmerization replacements come out like Fusion gate. A deck using this card currently would best abuse Jinzo or Imperial Decree since magic and traps are the only thing that can hurt TES. Support monsters really don't matter since when you play TES only it can attack and Flip effect monsters are useless. If protected well enough TES can give you quite an advantage over your opponent . Also remeber you can fuse from your hand so theres really no need to summon the weak monster required for TES (relinquished and Thousand eyes Idol) just in case pack the dark illusion ritual though for when Upperdeck makes an officail ruling
