SUMMARY
After the Animorphs witness a kid their own age perform a feat of super-human strength, they are stunned, to say the least. They are even more surprised when the kid follows them back to Cassie's barn and reveals his secret -- he is, in fact, part of an android race called the Chee! Now the android, Erek, needs their help. Turns out the Yeerks have stolen the Chee hologram crystal and plant to use it to hide Yeerk pools from prying human eyes. And, as it turns out, Erek can't touch the crystal himself, lest it destroy HIS hologram. Can the Animorphs help their new friend and ally get back the stolen crystal? Or will they be caught in the act? |
