If you have not read this book then you're definitely missing out on some huge HUGE stuff! Not only does book have a major turn of events in the series, the plot and the story line at the end itself leads a very unexpecting turn to the end of the series. 

Believe me, after you're done this book, you'll definitely be shocked and amazed. 

Did I say that #49 was amazing? hehe..read this book. You'll really be amazed at what happens at the end.

I can't really say anything else much about this book without completely spoiling this and #49. All I can say that its definitely amazing and that this book leads to something that's definetily going to finish off the series end with a real "bang".
