10 WHL’ers Named to Canada’s National Under 18 Team

Calgary - The Canadian Hockey Association named 22 players that will attend Canada’s 2000 National Men’s Under 18 Team Pre-Competition Camp in Calgary, Alberta at the Father David Bauer Arena from August 7-11, 2000.

Twenty-one of the twenty two players come from the Canadian Hockey League, Canada’s premier junior hockey league. There are ten players from the Western Hockey League, nine from the Ontario Hockey League, two from the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League and one player from the Alberta Junior Hockey League.

The following list of players have been invited to the evaluation camp from the Western Hockey League:
