MAY 14 - Welcome to all our loyal visitors. We feel it is time we let you know the sad truth, the JFC is no more. We've struggled to keep it together for some time now, but its just not possible. Since the site was first built for the Junk Food Club, we've been struggling with hits and lately have hardly been scoring any, so since the JFC has been broken up for about a year or two now we feel its time to end the site.
A big thank you goes out to everyone who has visited the JFC site and everyone who has supported the JFC site. If you've been to the site recently, you'd recall that we re-did the entire site in December of 2001 and that extended to January of 2002. Since then, the site layed dormant. There wasn't much to add seing as their wasn't a JFC anymore.
And since there wasn't a JFC, what was the reason for having a site? So for all who have been here, the lack of updates was no mistake. The October 2001 poll got only 3 votes during its run right through to 10p.m. tonight, and that helped show us that interest was down in the JFC.
As for the site, what was their to update? It was a site for a non-existent club, so it's time we let the visitors in. Once again, thank you to every single person who's been here, you're what's kept this page alive for 3 years. In the future, we may make this site into a games site, but for now we will be leaving it as you see it to inform others of the JFC's demise.
As we post this final message, we prepare for the official closing of our website, JFC 2000. If we haven't said it enough, thank you for visiting.
