Leondra: "I have to get a hold of Bryan. He must be confused about all this."
{doorbell ring. Leondra flies out of bed to answer the door still covered in sweat. She hugs her brother tight}
Bryan: "What the heck was last night all about? It felt so real."
Leondra: "Sit down Bryan. The only way you will understand is if I show you through my thoughts."
Bryan: "So then I'm not going crazy? I did dream of you and all those people. Who was that DarkMind and Zinax chick?"
Leondra: "Relax Bry, just Relax. I'll fill you in on everything."
{Once again she goes into a deep trance. She taps into Bryan's thoughts. She let's him see what Zinax was talking about. An angry feeling comes over Bryan as he sees what destruction DarkMind and his minions caused. And of course Leondra gains her brother's thoughts too. She now knows that he has a Star Soul also. They come out of the trance with a mutual understanding of each other}
Bryan: "Wow! I had no idea why I had such a freaky power. Ever since I was 14, I was able to tap into computers with just a thought. I could almost become part of the computer. Last week I used my power and I became aware the I could turn into a Computer Robot. It scared me to death. I thought I was going to be stuck like that."
Leondra: "Your not telling me anything I don't already know."
Bryan: "What do you mean? How do you know about my Gift? I never told anyone cuz I thought they would turn me into some sideshow freak."
Leondra: "My gift is the ability to tap into people's thoughts. Psychic like power's. While I was showing you Zinax's experiences, I gained your experience's, knowledge, and everything that has made you who you are."
Bryan: "So then you know why I am so angry at mom. I'll come around soon.. maybe."
Leondra: "It's your life Bry. You do what you have to do. You know that mom has done what she needed to do. But mom is our last worry right now. I have to gather up the rest of my Cyber friends. Atleast I know them a little. They won't be complete strangers. They must be wondering what's going on as well. They all know me as "Haven"
{She tells Bryan about how she cleverly created this secret chatroom and how she found others just like her. That those were the ones in the Dream last night}
Bryan: "How cool! I want to use my cyber name. I'll be known as "Digitrix" from now on."
Leondra: "Sounds cool to me. Call me "Haven" from now on Bry.. oops.. I mean Digitrix."
Digitrix: "This is gonna be so cool! When do we get to meet the rest of your chat friends?"
Haven: "I'm working on that now. We can have them stay with me and mom. We'll have to tell mom about our powers when she gets back from her vacation."
Digitrix: "I'm game."
{Meanwhile, deep in the Mojave Desert. DarkMind is plotting the deaths of his new enemies with his minions at their new home.}
DarkMind: "Welcome, my devoted followers. This will be your new home. You all share my beliefs. Anarchy and Chaos shall rule! We shall destroy these pathetic Star Souls. Necro Souls, roll call sound off!"
NecroDance: "When they dance with me, death shall become them!"
CherryBomb: "I'll have a blast destroying these fools."
NeoManiac: "I'll uuummm.. I'll knock them into next week."
Toxica: "Your are an idiot! My toxics will leave them begging for death."
LazerBlade: "I'll slice em' dice em' and make them into Julienne Fries."
Charade: "Your are always the comic, LazerBlade. I'll turn them all against each other. They will destroy each other. Yessss!!"
Tremor: "I'm gonna shake, rattle, and rock their world!"
AquaFury: "We're the Fury Twins! I'll give them Aqua phobia."
FireFury: "I'm gonna give them a fever they won't soon forget!"
GlitterShock: "Do I have to get my hands dirty? I'll rearange thier faces if they touch me. No one's face is fancier than mine."
Toxica: "For being a man, you sure are vain, GlitterShock."
Charade: "Tell me about it." {she morphs into GlitterShock} I'm so Pretty, oh so pretty!" {She morphs back} Ha Ha Ha!
GlitterShock: "I am fabulous. AquaFury, Charade, Toxica, and CherryBomb.. Ladies, please don't hate me because I'm beautiful."
CherryBomb: "Then what do we hate you for?"
AquaFury: "We should hate him because he's stupid."
DarkMind: "Silence! Stop this squabbling! I am surrounded by morons! You all have to learn your Necro Soul Powers. Train until you're perfect. When we finally destroy the Star Souls, we will be able to conquer this planet. until then, stop all this bickering or I'll show you why they call me "DarkMind". Hehehehehhmmm. Much Better."
{Back at Leondra's. She made the phone calls necessary to all nine of the other Star Souls. In one Week, they will all meet at the Golden Gate Park.}
{TIME WARP: 1 Week Later}
{Tameka Haven gets a cab from the airport and heads for home. While her children wait in anticipation for the arrival of the Star Souls at Golden Gate Park}
Digitrix: "This is so excitin'. I can't believe we're going to all be Superheros."
Haven: "Look! Here comes Mantrix, TimeWeaver and Prizmix. Hey what's up fellas? Welcome to San Francisco. This is my brother, Bry eer.. I mean Digitrix."
Mantrix: "It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Miss Haven."
TimeWeaver: "This city is as beautiful as you, Miss Haven."
Prizmix: "This is freakin' awesome, Miss Haven. I'm a loss for words. Group Hug! Sup sup, Digitrix?"
Digitrix: "Hey what's up guys? What's up with your hair Prizmix. Did you dye it that color on purpose?"
Haven: "Please, fellas. just call me "Haven". You talk the same way you chat, Prizmix. Okay guys. Tell Digitrix what your Powers are."
TimeWeaver: "How about we just wait til we get to your place with the others? That way we don't have to go on repeating the same stuff."
Haven: "Okay. We'll do that. Good idea, TimeWeaver. It's going to be wonderful working with all of you."
Prizmix: "My hair color is my power. I'll show you later, Digitrix. Hey look! Here comes LaughWave, LipGloss, SnapShot and PoleRider."
Mantrix: "And look who's running our way! BloodWrath and TightIn. They said they would be catching the same flight."
{The excitement is overwhelming. They finally have made their way to Leondra. They're story has just begun}
Haven: "Okay everyone, load up in the Vans. Half of you go with me and the others go with Digitrix. Let's head for home. It's a good thing we live on top of that hill. No one will bother us there."
Digitrix: "Let's get this party started!"
{An hour later they arrive at Leondra's secluded home. They all make thier way into her home.}
BloodWrath: "Whoa.. this place is huge!"
Digitrix: "My mother remodeled it. It's an old place. It belonged to our Grandmother. She was a rich old woman and she didn't even tell us."
Haven: I guess mom must be at the store. Her luggage is here."
Digitrix: "Good. That way we can talk and not be bothered. So I'll go first. My name is Bryan Haven. I'm a college student at Berkely. I'm 19, and my powers are the ability to control computers. I even can morph into robot form."
Haven: "You all know that I'm Leondra Haven. I have mind powers that I'm still trying to figure out. I'm 21 and I am a social worker. But you all knew this already."
Mantrix: "My name is Manuel Fernandez. I'm a food server at my family's restraunt. I'm 28, and my powers are of a Magickal influence. I can cast spells. It's hard to explain. But I can do some really neat things."
Prizmix: "My name is Enrique Ruelas. I'm an artist, and I like to write. Poems mainly. I'm also 28. I have six powers. For each power I use, my hair changes color. It turns blue when I say blue. I am then able to make water and control it. Red is strength. Orange is fire. Yellow is eletricity. Green is earth. And purple is wind. I can only combine two powers at once so far. I'm working on making them work all at once. Manuel and I are best friends. We even live together."
Mantrix: "We'd make the perfect couple if we were man and woman. Hahahaha!"
TimeWeaver: "My name is Jimmie Gonzales. I work as an operating room tech. I basically help the doctors with surgery. I'm 29 and my powers are the ability to warp time. I can travel in time. It's a responsiblity I'm not too comfortable with."
BloodWrath: "My name is Travis Cooper. I'm a body builder. I'm 18. I dropped out of high school cuz of my power. My muscles just seemed to grow on their own. So now I make my money as a body builder. My strength shocks me sometimes. I can jump for long distances. It's not flying, but sure damn close to it."
TightIn: "My name is Shawn Landon. I'm a college student in Lousiana. My powers are awesome. I can fly. I have this ninja like sixth sense. I'm real good at getting in and out of tight spots. Hence my Name."
LaughWave: "My name is Larry Hudson. I'm 31. I am a music teacher at a small school in Virginia. My powers are the ability to control soundwaves. I can make myself fly with just a hum in my throat. I can do some real damage."
LipGloss: "My name is Debi St. Clair. I'm from New York. I'm a model I'm 22. My powers are the ability to fly and super human strength. While growing up, the kids teased me because I did boy things. I had no idea that I would find others that went through some of the pain I had gone through."
PoleRider: "My Name is Jennifer Singletary. I'm 24. I own a small gift shop in New Jersey. My parents owned it. They died when I was 19. I took over the business. My powers are this psychic pole that I create from my own energy. It makes me fly. But that's about all I've been able to do with it."
SnapShot: "Last but not least, I'm Randy Blass. I'm 30. I'm a photographer. My powers are freaky. When I stare at someone, I become them. As though I was a bodysnatcher."
Haven: "Wow! We are a diverse group. So let's fix something to eat and then we can show off our powers. But First, everyone relax and hear my thoughts. Learn from Zinax's demise. Know why we must do whatever it takes to keep DarkMind from winning."
{She takes all of them into her trance. They learn about where they got thier powers from. They now know what must be done.}
DarkMind: "Sorry to crash this party! But did anyone lose a mommy?"
{DarkMind's presence awakens the Star Souls out of Haven's trance. As DarkMind holds Tameka's limp body floating in the air.}
DarkMind: "Does this belong to you? I tried to play with her gently. But she broke. I guess I'll have to get a new one!"
Haven: "Oh My God!! Mama!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
