Nameless Poem

copyrighted october 1999, written by Silver Jewel

silver beauty
fly through the sky
silver beauty
i watch you die

creature of pure majecty
filled with truth and love
coat as silver as moonlit shine
touch far gentler than a dove

you need some one to love you so
some one to take your heart
your horn speads truth and majesty
but makes your world collapes apart

people hunt you for your horn
the keeper of your magic
you seem to always get away
with a splendid show of tricks

but no more can you run or hide
they have you by the throat
silver beauty i watch you die
there's no more silver to your coat

a love for you is in me still
though you are no more
a silver dagger through your throat
your horn taken to the shore

you can rest in peace now
your time is through
you watch over me
you would, i always knew

silver beauty
you were loved so much
silver beauty
i miss your touch
