My sister and I got into Cats when we saw the Touring Company in December of '98. I fell in love with it instantly! Then for Christmas we got the soundtrack and the video. If I wasn't playing the soundtrack I was watching the video, and vice versa. I started searching on the Internet for Cats websites. BOY was I surprised with how many I found! A few months after that, I came up with the idea to make a Cats website myself! I somehow convinced my sister to go along with my idea too. We put careful planning and everything into making this website, and it was finally up in August!

After watching the Cats video for about 10 zillion times, I started to pick out the cats that I would love to play. I am determined to be in Cats some day. I would most love to play Jemima/Sillabub, but I'm afraid I'm not too qualified for that part. Jemima/Sillabub needs to be a shorter person. I have the perfect voice and everything else, but I don't think 5'5" is considered very short, is it? I think my best match would have to be Demeter, Victoria, or Rumpleteazer. I would be thrilled to play any of those!

Dancing is another big part of my life. I have taken dance classes since I was in the 1st grade, and plan to keep going with it after I graduate from college and all. I hope to be an actress/dancer/singer in musicals and stuff. In dance class, I take ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical. I actually take two dance classes. One regular one with a recital and all, and another Technique class at the same studio. Right now I'm in the 2nd highest dance level (Juniors), and if I pass out of the Tech class I'll be put in the very highest level next year (Seniors)!

Since I guess I focusing on the qualities required to be in musicals, another one comes to mind: singing. *sighs* Ah yes. Singing. I have a pretty good singing voice I suppose, probably better than most people in my class. People just have a hard time convincing me I'm any good! I'll admit, I have gotten a lot better. I can stay on key, which is pretty good. But I'm afraid i'll end up like Susan Jane Tanner from the Cats video: cans tay on key, but sound horrible. I'll soon have a sound clip up of me singing, and you can e-mail me and give me your opinion on how I sound.

More coming to this page soon, so watch out! :)
