I know you all are probably sick of hearing about Brian and Aj's ex g/fs writing books on them, but please take a second to read this. I got it in an email, i don't know who wrote it. All I want to tell the writer is,"well said!" Please take a look at this and send it to all the BSB fans that you know.
As you may or may not know, Brian's ex, Samantha Stonebraker, is coming out with a "book" trashing the BSB - it's release date it early-November. In my opinion, her only motivations for writing this trash are greed and revenge. Publicly, the Boys are giving, caring, kind, fine - I could go on, but then I don't think that I need to list all of their attributes to any of you. (You know what I'm talking about and I'm sure you could add many more of their qualities to the list) Privately, they're only human; and, just like the rest of us, they're entitled to be whoever they want to be. They continue to live up to the title "role model" by both word and deed. After all the good that the BSB have done, especially with donating their time and talent to charities and those in need, this attempt to defame them sickens me. I, for one, will not be buying this garbage. I, for one, am going to do everything that I can to ensure that the "Backstreet Backstabber" makes little or no money off of this "book". I've been asking everyone I can find not to buy it, either; but, after I thought about it a little, I came up with a better idea. Instead of simply not buying this obscenity, I propose that each fan donate the price of the "book" to one of the charities listed on the Official Backstreet Boys website instead. The BSB tell us time and time again how much we mean to them: they wrote a song for us, we're on every CD jacket, we're in every award-acceptance speech - maybe not individually by name, but as a whole. It's time for us, as a whole and individually, to show the BSB how much THEY mean to US. Even if you can't afford to donate the whole "book" price, donate $1 - it's one less dollar that's going into the "Backstabber's" bank account. Yes, we can go to their concerts, buy their CDs, etc. - but we're not doing that to support them, we're doing that for our own enjoyment and entertainment. Let's give back to them in the true spirit of the word. In many BSB chat rooms, I've seen "Keep the Backstreet Pride Alive" over and over. It's time to do just that. When this filth come out, the Boys are going to be down and we need to make it right. Let's really show Ms. Stonebraker why we're "Larger Than Life"! If you agree with me, please forward this to every BSB fan you know of - even if you don't know them personally. Go to as many BSB chat rooms all over the 'Net that you can and relay my proposal. Post it on every BSB message board that you can find. I truly appreciate your taking the time to read all of this - I know it's long. Thanks again
