From the founders of the Spice Girls and the composers of the Backstreet Boys come a new generation of music called 5ive. Being the hottest new boyband act from the UK, 5ive is composed of Scott Robinson, Richard "Ritchie" Neville, Richard "Abs" Breen, Jason "J" BrownSean Kieran Conlon and . That funky rap upbeat music actually hides the British accent. 5ive rap masters J and Abs do a very good job as could be observed in their first two singles, Slam Dunk Da Funk and When The Lights Go Out. Five's album has 17 tracks. The Asian album has 16 tracks and the American/Canadian album has 12 tracks.
So how did they get their name? Well 5ive was actually one of the many options. It topped the list of names that they came up with and then one night they went out to dinner and the waiter said that they only had a table good for 5 people. And then while they were in Denmark one time, they were sitting in a Chinese restaurant when there came a brand new Mercedes Benz parked outside and the plate showed only "5". And then the hotel room number of their manager, Chris, was number 555! Well, they thought there had been too many signs so they adopted the name 5ive!
