Battle

Welcome to the battle system. It is a bit original, but it works. My battle system is based on a number of variable.

The first variable is arm str. Arm str is just that, the strength of your arm. This is the base stat for attacking.

The next variable is the weapon level. All weapons start at 1. They can go up to 15 if you meet the Blacksmith Mace in a sidequest. Each level adds to the arm str a bit.

The final variable is random. The old Moonlit Redemption had the right system. We are going to use that, with a twist. At the beginning of the battle, both people pick 10 numbers from 1-10. During the battle you pick a number after you attack, and based on your opponents picks, 2 of them are normal and they do the normal damage for every attack. 2 are critical, if you pick that number you get 2 times normal damage. 2 of them are faults, they do half damage for every hit. 2 of them are misses which means no damage. 1 of them is a bad miss, these not only do no damage, but they put you off balance, which means you can't attack for an entire turn. The last one is quick attack, which means you get another attack. If you run out of numbers, tell the referee your 10 new ones. Also, pick 4 numbers from 11-14. These are your status effect numbers. 1 is status effect, 3 are not. Change the numbers every time someone trys a status effect, they can be the same numbers if you wish.

In order to battle, you need a referee, and a battle pass. All admin and moderators are authorized to give a battle pass, which is nothing more than a few numbers and letters that organize the battles into a history, I like to keep track of things.

Magic is very simple. Just use the same way as regular attacks. if it inflicts a status, pick from 11 to 14. You can use a spell 1-4 times depending on its level.
In a team battle, you can do a unite attack which does 2.5 times damage to one enemy, or 1.5 times damage to all enemies. In order to do this, both allies need to be balanced, healthy, and alive. You can only do 1 unite attack per battle, use the same system as attacking. A unite attack makes one user unbalanced, which they must decide among themselves.

So thats the battle system, easy as pie, or at least as easy as eating pie, especially with whipped cream.
