Currently the looting process in under review. We are looking at doing an list of who shows up for a raid. Then ALL loot items get turned into an assigned person or officer. Then after the raid, items would be issued out completely fairly.
Items from RAIDS will only go to those who can use them.
Secondly, only MAINS can receive items from Raids.
The third component to issuing out items is that a point system will be started. Those who show up early will receive 2 points. Those who show up on time, will get 1 point, and anyone showing late for a raid or event, asking for a port will generally get ignored lol. No, really. 8/ People who don't come to a raid receive no points.
EVENTS: At an event usually there are contests. At this time winners will be able to choose ANY items from the guild mules, reguardless of if the item is for a main or an alt.
NEVER: Never should an item be taken from the guild treasure hauling mules, for the purpose of selling. We have newbies in our family, who could use these items.
COMMON COURTESY: It is common courtesy to get to a guild no later than 45 min BEFORE the raid starts. This allows proper grouping, for experience. Asking for a port within 45 minutes before the raid starts puts a huge burden on the raid organizers. If for some reason you log on within 45 min before a raid starts, have the good manners to find your own port/transportation to the raid and or event.
NOTE: After today, if you ask for a port within 45 min of a raid or event starting, you will not receive one, from myself or the other officers. Asking for one from another member already at the raid is also NOT allowed, because it will screw up our grouping and starting the Raid process.
All these changes are meant to streamline our Raiding to make them more fun for all.
** If anyone has comments, or suggestions on these proposed rules, feel free to tactfully share them with everyone in guild email.
