ShadowDragon Call to Arm's

 As of this moment, and until New years day, we are returning to the one interview, by one officer, interview - invitation system.

     Why? We have got to build up our numbers. I trust the officer's good judgment, and our 3-week probation period to weed out the jerks. But our numbers MUST begin to grow again.

     I am sending this in normal member guild e-mail, instead of officer e-mail, because there is something non-officers can do to help too. If regular members of ShadowDragon meet or know of nice people, ask them about joining our ranks, and if they are interested...send an officer a tell.

     And officers...lets keep our eyes open for possible new members. If you REALLY want to dedicate some time to this, you can do as I have tried and do a "who all zone"...look for people apx your level who are NOT in a guild already. Go find them, and group with them with the purpose of checking them out. To see if they are decent folk. After you get to know them, decide if you might want to interview them.

Our enemy at the moment is shrinking numbers.

     Kere gave me a list of those who have left the guild and it is a long list. We must be proactive in replacing those family members we have lost. Remember, Everquest is a place where people can be nicer than real life. And ShadowDragon is the best of those!

     None more than I, wants to avoid reckless inviting; but we must ask ourselves...what would be more reckless...going back to the old invitation process for a while, or doing nothing? SHADOWDRAGON will be an ancient dragon some day, but is up to us all to do what must be done, when our enemy presents itself to us. OUR ENEMY IS SHRINKING  NUMBERS! Now lets all go into battle SHADOWDRAGON!
