Stockdale's David Carr, pictured above, visited Tehachapi during the 1996 season. His two year varsity totals at Stockdale included
276 of 511 passes for 3,496 yards and 27 TD's. But on this night, the Warriors ruled the mountain with a convincing 37-7 win over Stockdale.
Carr went on to star at Fresno State University, and then enjoyed an 11 year career in the NFL.
