Warriors vs Roosevelt (Fresno)
Tehachapi leads the series 2-1. The two schools met for the first time in 2004 in a first round playoff game in Tehachapi.
The Warriors won that game, 49-33, in a shootout. The Warriors also defeated Roosevelt in a non leaue game in 2006.
And in 2021, the Rough Riders took down Tehachapi, 41-20, in Fresno.
Roosevelt (Fresno) plays in the North Yosemite League with league rivals Hoover (Fresno), Reedley, Fresno High, Sunnyside (Fresno), and McLane (Fresno). The school has a student population of 2,200 students (2021) and is located at 4250 East Tulare Avenue in Fresno. One of Fresno's oldest schools, Roosevelt opened its doors in 1928.
