North Upsets Tehachapi on The Mountain
After soaring to 41 points the game before, Tehachapi was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday.
They took a 23-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Stars.
The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Stars apparently hadn't
forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.
Mika Lencioni was the offensive standout of the game as he picked up 101 receiving yards and
one score. He showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 55 yards.
Tehachapi now has a losing record of 3-4. As for North, the win (which was their third in a row)
raised their record to 5-2.
We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Tehachapi is set to square off
against their familiar foe West at 7:30 p.m. on the 17th. That contest will pit two of the most dominant
signal callers against one another: Colton Michael and Solomon Harris. Meanwhile, North will challenge rival
East Bakersfield at 7:30 p.m. on the 17th
