The Tehachapi High School Warrior Football team was recently honored at the last City Council meeting, with all 61 Warriors given a key to the City and a proclamation of their recent success at the CIF Central Section Division II Championship, which they won in a 13-10 victory over San Joaquin Memorial.
Presenting the honor was Mayor Ed Grimes to Steve Denman and the members of the Mountain Football team.
