The Panthers lead the series, 3-2, with the two schools meeting all five games in post-season CIF playoff games. Three of those playoff games were CIF Central Section Division III championship games held in Fresno, CA.
Washington Union, one of the oldest high schools in the Fresno area, is located in the small rural community of Easton in southwest Fresno.
The school address is 6041 South Elm Avenue, located just off of old Highway 41. The school has a student population of nearly 1,000 students. (2003)
