Warrior Basketball History From 1930-2008
We are pleased to announce the launching of the new Warrior basketball site effective Saturday, January 18, 2009. The site is a parallel site to the Mountain Football site and is similar in format and style.
Five years in the making, the basketball site is the first known historical documentary of the Warrior basketball program dating back to 1930.
The basketball site will feature a year-by-year record of each Warrior team, all-time head coaching records, playoff results, features, and a whole lot of interesting information for Warrior fans. The site will also feature some Lady Warrior information dating back to the humble beginnings of the program in the mid-1970's.
As with the football site, the basketball site is a work in progress. More information will be added in the future as information is gathered and documented. We need alumni help! If you have information that can be added to this site, please send the information to the e-mail address listed below. We are missing some team phototgraphs and the results of many basketball games (especially the pre-league games). So crack open those old srapbooks and send us the information so we can fill in the gaps and develop the best collection of Warrior basketball information in Kern County.
