New Hope arises for the House of the Silver Deeps

Hail, kindred!
Just as the House of the Silver Deeps appeared to have been moving forward, it may have seemed that it hit a snag in the road. But nay, that was not to be. With the establishment of the new, and fairly complex, system, it seemed the House would become no better than the dreadful immobile committee that red tape is destined to create. But after a few cuts of the tape with a dwarvish axe here and there, and a little forging done by some of our most devoted members, the House of the Silver Deeps is moving forward at an incredible pace.
True, we may all be waiting for Vanir to finish thinking on the new Charter and Constitution, but hey, let's give the ol' loremaster some respect. And now, let's get to the news: I have written up the Charter and Constitution, which are in rough draft stages and are posted on the HSD message board. I would encourage all members to examine these documents so that we can work out problems in them. Second, a new dwarf has joined the fray! I would like everyone to welcome Galor I, of the Runax clan, to the House of the Silver Deeps. Welcome, Galor, and may your axe no longer have a need for thirst!
Lastly, while the search for MUDs and MUSHs went on, Consul Berendir believed he had found one . . . and he was right. NetherWorld (NW), a game in which he is currently GM and in charge of developing the dwarven race, seems, while not Tolkien, to be a nearly ideal world to practice RPing. I would like all members to join as soon as possible, and hopefully most will get into the Beta (which is supposed to come out this summer, if I am not mistaken). If you have any questions, the best person to ask is of course Berendir, whom you may contact at ICQ# 27544685.
Well, that's all the current news, unless you count Enoreth's encounter with that fairy-woman by the lake newsworthy (I'd tell you all about it, but I'm worried that we might corrupt any elves who happen to be here reading).
