A reflection of the fears and self-destructive wishes of an entire world, Debonair has become all-powerful since the Pillar of Cephiro was destroyed. She lives in the shadow of Cephiro, laying plans for the complete annihilation of all things. Because she was born from the dark side of the human heart, she has the ability to control the monsters of Cephiro, which are living incarnations of fear and anxiety. This also gives her power over the girl Nova, whom she treats like a daughter.

At first she appears as a shadowy figure hectoring Hikaru in sporadic dreams and visions, but then she is shown to resemble Hikaru to a startling degree (except for the costuming and the long pointy ears). Shw sweetly says that she loves Hikaru and wants to play with her...and then kill her. Nova is a minion of Lady Debonair, whom she calls her mother, but her origin may actually be what happens in aplace where the will is all and your subconscious mind is tormented by regret and guilt.
