Access: A 1km swim or a boat is required for this to be attempted! Due south from Gull Rocks.

Weather / Sea conditions: Tow Rock is exposed to everything.

Visibility: Usually between 9 and 18 metres

Description: Tow Rock is a pinnacle of weed covered rocks with a healthy fish population.

Depth: Tow Rock drops from just below the surface to about 9 metres, then drops to 27m and again to 42m+. So set a depth for your dive and stick to it!
