Description: Quion Point is 50 km south of Dunedin, past Taieri Mouth and Akatore Creek on the coast road. The diving is on a shallow volcanic reef, complete with all the fish and plant life you would expect on such a dive. Be aware that there are a number of sea lions that hang around the point itself and can get territorial. Allow plenty of distance to avoid annoying them.
Depth: No more than 12 metres
