Omicron Delta was chartered on the campus of Eastern Illinois
University January 23, 1972 by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Zeta Tau
Zeta Chapter. The Charter line was thereby named Revolutionary 12
because of the 12 unique women that became the foundation of this
outstanding chapter. What followed was a long line of intelligent
and articulate Finer Woman that has brought us to where we are
today.
On December 12, 1987 Omicron Delta was Re-Activated with two
women who were deemed Z.S.S.C.O.P.O.U.T. these two women again
comtinued the OD tradition of finer womanhood and renewed the
chapter's belief in Service, Scholarship,and Sisterly Love.
