This is the Desolation award given to exceptionally well done SP sites. The rules for winning this award are simple.
1. must be a smashing pumpkins website (i certainly make exceptions for Melissa sites, and possibley hole sites)
2. no Yelena bashing
3. Must be well done and updated some-what frequently
4. sign my Dreambook.. Well, that's not nessesary, but you'll probably have a better chance of winning ;)
