Igen Brownrider O'no

O'no is retired after four years of playing her.

The sixth child of seven, four girls and two boys, she was born Oeno, a daughter of a Holder-blood (though distant) mother and an Assistant Steward father, of Bitra Hold. Educated with the Bitran view of life and brought up well off, Oeno was one of the quieter children of the bunch, complacent to remain in the fold. That was until her 13th turnday when her father began to think of searching for a man for her. Oeno bolted, following after her elder sister, Triani, to the HerderHall in Crom Hold. It was there where Oeno became a Runner Jockey with the Herders, unders the tutaledge of her Herder Master sister. Come the age of 15, Triani pressured Oeno to become a formal apprentice to the Herder Hall. Oeno would have none of that so once more she bolted, taking her young filly and a 'borrowed' runner from the Hall.

Eventually, Oeno wound up at Igen Weyr, where she became a Stablehand. And it was also there where she was picked up for Search for Spectreth's next clutch. Thinking nothing of her chances, Oeno stood...and quickly became O'no, rider of brown Chaddyth.

At 23 turns, O'no found herself in quite the perdicament. Fighting Threadfall over Igen lands, Chaddyth was scorred heavily across his starboard-side wing and side. He went ::between:: immediatly to Igen Weyr to nearly fall from the sky. Hitting the ground hard, the heavy brown also managed to break one of his rear legs. With this turn of events, O'no was forced to remain ground- bound for months as her dragon regained his health. As a suprise to O'no, just a couple of days previous, Chaddyth flew a green and O'no joined with the green's male rider, and then became pregnant. Unable to go between to abort the fetus, she carried to term and gave birth to Ondriel, with the help of her sister, Triani. Triani then took the child to foster for herself.
