Building the OWO Website
Let me introduce myself.... I am the "webmaster". I took on this project nearly a year ago. My interest in this project was based on the fact that I wanted the church I attended to have the best website this side of Sunday!!!
Actually, I wanted to use my graphics and web building skills to reflect my Love for God. Mind you, I do not consider myself as a "Holy Roller", but I do have faith in God. I have had many conversations with Pastor Leon and his wife, Belva, and I remember telling Pastor Leon at one of my lowest points, that God was all I had to hold on to". In my life time, I have literally been to hell and back again, I have stumbled, I have cried, I have fallen from grace, I have fallen out of life, I have fallen out of place, but every step of the way, God kept me alive.
So, it is for God's Glory, that I use my creative talents, it is for God's Kingdom, that I do my best to live the way I am suppose to. In my lifetime, so many obstacles and trials have come and gone, there were points when I didn't want to go on. God always has a way of reaching down and picking me up, and cradling my broken spirit. I can't explain why I "feel" the way I do, I just know that God's immense presence in my life has made everything possible for me.
Including: being able to create this website to share with all of you. So, with that, I will add my finishing touches, I will spend tedious hours making sure all the links are working, and I will post the pages I have created so far, please feel free to come back often.
