Our ready-made plaques are built from solid maple. Some have an optional walnut border. Custom plaques can be made out of any wood you desire and can be any size. Please keep in mind that some woods do not accept a laser engraving as well as other woods. Typically, a tight-grained, light colored wood will work best with laser engraving. A loose-grained, or darker wood will not work as well.
The graphics and fonts you desire to have engraved on the plaque are limited only by your imagination. There is no per letter cost with our laser engraving. Complicated, customized graphics work may incur additional preparation charges. Once a layout has been designed, you will not have to incur that cost again.
