IntelliCAD Free Download
Here is Cadopia's site where you can download a FREE EVALUATION COPY of IntelliCAD 2001, Standard version, plus the User's Manual in Acrobat PDF. This is one of the most powerful CAD programs available on the web. IntelliCAD's native file format is .DWG, which allows you to open any existing AutoCAD file (V2.5 through 2000). IntelliCAD also provides a high degree of compatibility with the AutoCAD command set, as well as AutoLISP and Autodesk ADS. This program is highly recommended.
NOTE: The latest IntelliCAD version 3.3, the evaluation copy is good until September 31, 2003.
Autodesk offers a free CAD viewing package called Volo View Express, allowing you to view or print a CAD drawing as well as make your own mark-ups.
