The acting industry of New Zealand was blown away by the terrible news of
Kev's death yesterday.
Yesterday was an auspicious day - primarily because his best mates Lucy Lawless and Danielle Cormack were both premiering in The Vagina Monologues in Auckland. Lucy and Danielle held it together admirably and delivered knockout performances. A moment's silence was held and at the curtain call Danielle clapped to the heavens acknowledging Kev's presence. Danielle has appeared opposite Kev in among other things A Streetcar Named Desire, The Blue Room and Channelling Baby.
The acting community gathered afterwards to share anecdotes of Kev's presence in their lives.
