Amara appears in Sailor Moon S, with the Debut of Sailor Uranus. At first Sailor Uranus, along with Neptune and Pluto did not want to become part of the scout team. They were sent to earth on a mission: if they could attain Pure Heart Crystals, they had a chance to save Earth. Amara acts and looks like a boy, and prefers boyish clothes. She likes to ride around on her motorcycle everywhere. She possesses the space sword and uses it to perform her space sword attack.
