Rei believes that she has the best qualities to lead the scouts. She goes to a private school and lives with her grandfather at his shrine. She hopes one day to be a great priestess because she knows all about the supernatural. When Rei first met Serena, she didn't like her personality. So, Serena and Rei were constantly fighting eachother. Rei is probably the closest to Serena of all the scouts.
