Sailor Cosmos is the Ultimate form of Sailor Moon in the future. She doesn't appear in the anime, only the manga. In the manga, Sailor Cosmos comes back to the past to present day Earth in the form of the little girl, Chibi Chibi. She helps her past self, Sailor Moon destroy chaos, as she ran from her battle against chaos in the future. She figure if she returns to the past to destroy chaos then, the Galaxy would have peace at last.
