I have so many ideas that I sometimes think my head is gonna explode. So thank god I have "Doctor Who: The Legacy" as an outlet for my ideas. Been doing DW:tL for the best part of five years now, and it's quite scary how many stories I've contributed. Especially during the first season, but then it was all my idea back then and I wasn't sure where I wanted to go with it. Fortunately I had the imagination of Niall Turner to call upon. Good days.

Since then I've been able to express and share my ideas through Big Finish and their ever-present Short Trips anthologies. When I really think about it, it always awes me to think that there are thousands of Doctor Who fans out there who have read my work (certainly, through Big Finish I am reaching a wider audience than I will ever probably reach with DW:tL).

Even now, "The Dead Man's Story", is a very personal tale for me, and whenever I read it I'm taken back to a rather dark place - a place I inhabited for far too long. I think I shal go more into that in a future entry, since it's been a year since that story was released and the reasons behind it are, I think, quite interesting. Who knows, maybe there is someone out there who can relate?

Stupid frickin' thing!

Trying to set up a router at home, so that we can access the net on more than one PC. We have all the software, heck we even have instructions, but do you think we get the frickin' thing to work? Can we hack as like!!

So annoying, and now I have wee bit of an headache. Hmm, maybe I should pop into Canton and see my nephew? I'm sure Karl will pleased to have a little bit of company as he keeps an eye on those cars...

Yeah, that ought to refresh me a little.

Take some rockin' music with me, too. A bit of Staind I reckon...

It Begins Here

Ok ok ok, I've been warned against these, but what the heck?

First things first, today I ought to be busy re-writing a script, but can't get in the mood. Did four scenes yesterday, so I'm not too bothered at this point. To get myself in the mood I've been cleaning the house, polishing and stuff like that. Love the smell of polish!

Spending far too many late nights online, I think, but it my best time for writing. Like last night, wrote an entire short story for the forthcoming anthology, "The Legacy: Encore", to be edited by my good friend Greg Miller. And still I'm not getting on with either my e-novella, "Re: Genesis", or the audio script.

Naughty me!
