Silver Sunlight
Silver sunlight shining in a little girl's eyes
Speaks of something.
I catch a glimpse before the waters turn to gray.
I walked down to the beach to stare,
The memory was given to me
And only one eye cries
Half of the soul that is in pain,
And the half that has to be strong.
It all fills up my mind.
Until I forget once again
And the silver sunlight in the little girl's eyes,
Crowds my head
And I ache to be like her.
