Chick Shit for Chic Chicks - 08/22/01

I still haven't received any calls from the newspapers about my alien abduction,
but I'm sure they're going to come!!
In the meantime, I've been having lots of fun!! I am being treated like a star in our trailer park. I have had
many people pay me to take pictures of where I was probed!!!! We have made quite a bit of money from this, so I
haven't been dancing at all!!!
During one of our trailer park parties, I brought some cookies that everyone loved!!! Since I received such great
raves, I am going to post the recipe for my dear readers!!!
Lemon Peanut Cookies
Ingredients:
4 cups of flour
2 1/2 cups of sugar
2 16 oz jars of roasted peanuts
1 1/2 cups lemon juice
1/2 cup of crushed Spree
4 tbsp salt
3 cups vanilla extract
Take the peanuts and place in a blender along with the vanilla
extract. Set at high speed and blend ingredients for 4 minutes. Mix well with sugar and flour. Add salt when mixture
is lumpy. Keep mixing until lumps are all gone then add lemon juice.
Pre heat oven to 450 degrees. Line cookie sheet with crushed Spree. Dump mixture on cookie sheet and divide into
36 round lumps. Lumps should be minimum of two inches high.
Place in oven and bake for exactly one hour. When done allow 30 minutes to cool down. Put cookies in Tupperware
bowl and serve with wine coolers for a tasty treat!!
