Dreambrook struggled against the vines that were entraping him to the stone. "You'll never get away with this! After me, there will be others!" The Go-Back kid looked at him.

"Cram it Dreambrook. You're tied up and so are your fellow grown-ups. There's nothing you can do."

"Let me go you runts!" Yarrowsharp yelled. "I'm gonna skin you all! LET ME GO!" A Go-Back three year old walked up to him.

"Pipe down old man." She said. Yellowsharp seethed. Dreambrook struggled and the Go-Back "guard" kicked his shin.

Slayer shivered. "Just when exactly are those grownups gonna be back?" Redbird shrugged.

"Whenever their finished killing trolls. Look on the brightside. At least we aren't tied up like Yarrowsharp and Dreambrook."

"No, we're just frezzing to death outside the lodge."

Leor groaned. "Now what??? This is just what we need!"

"Allow me," Skyfire said, stepping forward.

"What're you gonna do?"

"Just watch." Skyfire's eyes clouded over and then went white with no pupil or iris at all. A huge gust of wind tore through the tunnel, just barely missing every elf crowded together, so as not to send them flying. Wind blew under the small crack between the metal door and the floor. Slowly but persitently, a tiny whirlwind formed, pushing the door up off the floor. Soon it was high enough to crouch under. "Go!" Skyfire said. "I'll hold it up!" As elves went charging through the opening, Skyfire caught the gaze of a surprised troll.

"It's her!" the troll shouted, pointing. "Kill her and the door will fall!"

Not daring to draw her sword, for fear she would lose concentration, Skyfire sought another way. Lighting burst down through the rock ceiling. "Don't try me," she said calmly, as a corner of the tunnel collapsed. One troll lay crsuhed underneath the debris, while the others were running from the series of lightning attacks.

"That's a neat trick!" Leor said, amused. "Think you can hold it up while we fight?"

"No problem."

Brightfire rolled under the door among the first ones. she was on her feet before a troll guard could stop her, thrusting her sword to it's throat and somersaulting over it before it fell down. She killed two more guards before others joined her. Skyfire's lightning bolt flared past her and the trolls fled. "Run, worm-slime, green rotten filth!" she screamed after the escaping trolls, hair and eyes shining like flames in the torchlight. "Well? We going?" she turned and looked at Leor.

Leor nodded. "Yeeha! Let's take this tunnel." He pointed down a long dark path. The stench of troll was heavy. The elves peered down and noticed the walls were covered in gold, like it was the passage way to the troll kings throne. The elves grinned. The troll king's lair was most likely to be the center point of all the tunnels.
