Exhaust system.
Exhaust system is all home-made. 10 mm thick head plates bought from "Europa", primary pipes is di= xx mm and 3.2 mm thick, secondary pipes di = 60 mm and 1.5 mm thick. Perforated pipes, mineral and stainless wool from "Ferrita", all pipes visible from outside are stainless steel.

Before assembly. Black flexible joint allows engine twisting without too much movement on side pipes, which also is soft mounted with 2 rubber cushions. |

Finished passenger side. Frame had to be re-routed on both sides. Difference between shortest and longest primary pipe is approx. 50%, a good result in a very limited space. |
