I do believe i've hit upon a universal truth: mondays suck. I woke up this morning (i use the word loosely) at around 2 and I realized i had practice in less than an hour. So i get showered and ready and I look outside. I think, wow, its an amazingly clear, beautiful day out, so yay. Wrong. Its friiiigin freezing outside. I now look sorta remisicent of a tomato (windburn) from standing outside for practice. Its daaamn cold out. And apparantly, a cold front is comming in, so its getting colder
. But aside from that, today was okay. I got back around 6:40ish? i guess, and i just waited for my Dreamcast download to finish. It finished around 8:30 and i began to play it. Tony Hawk Pro-Skater 2 is a pretty damn fun game, shame i suck at it. So i gave up after maybe an hour and moved back to REZ and Ikaruga. After i got bored with those two, I came back to my room and played some CS. After today, all i can think of is saturday the 3rd (my 10 month anniversary with Stef
)and what an amazing day that was. She came over after practice, so it was like... 6 or so. We ate dinner, exchanged gifts (she got me two really sweet Ts from Old Navy [hopefully its warmer so i can wear them soon lol]) and we watched School of Rock. That movie was cool, but i was in culture shock. I half expected Orange County with guitars, but i was met with little kids and, well, guitars. So it was a pretty cool movie, and im glad i watched it with Stef. Afterwards, we just hung out, and it was awesome. Hopefully practice ends early enough tomorrow so i can relive that day again. Shes up at Haverford with her sister (her car had a flat) and she visited Upenn and Bryn Mawr(spelling?). She really liked Bryn Mawr, but she isnt sure it offers the major she likes. That sucks, its hard to find a college with both things at once. I really gotta start that whole process, though i dont really look foward to that whole thing. Oh well... Its late and Im now off to bed, and i hope i can see her tomorrow. Here's something that made me smile:
