Today marks my official return to lacrosse conditioning, after about oh..... 1 month. Its my fault I stopped going, but dammit. In that one month, I have reversed all good I have accomplished since I started going. This really sucks, and now the season is going to needlessly be harder because I decided to be a lazy pile of sh-t during that one month. But then again, it gave me some time off and I also had a chance to enjoy the company of my friends more fully. Well, atleast the ones that didnt go to lax conditioning
. Thats life right? Well, I'm back now and I'm gonna try hard to get sorta back to shape so I can perform during the season. Last year I got in shape like, in the last week or so of the season because it was basically the only exercise I got. Bad timing -_-;;
