Rescued from pirates at the age of six months by Mace Windu, Depa Billaba follows the culture of Chalacta to honor her slain parents. Her orderly perspective is in keeping with her personality; she is one of the newest additions to the Council. She wears a small "mark of illumination" in the center of her forehead.
