Sailor Juno as for all of the other Amazoness quartet were woken from their deep sleep by the Evil Queen Nereherina and were evil deed doers in the Dead Moon Circus. It wasn't until the Sailor Scouts finally beat the Evil Dead moon Circus were the Amasoness Quartet actually allowed to go back to their scout forms.
