Remember Tekken 3? Well you won't forget it. Tekken Tag Tournament is a high-resolution version of Tekken 3. The controls are the same as those in Tekken 3, with the exception of the new tag feature, which doesn't even rival those of Dead or Alive 2. Tekken Tag Tournament has the same choppy animation, the same limited game play, and the same dim feeling to the overall presentation as previous Tekken games. The idea of bringing the Tekken series to Playstation 2, was a smart one indeed, but this shows a lack of effort.

Graphics: 9.0 (Nothing DC owners haven't seen with Soul Calibur)
Sounds: 6.0
Game play: 8.5 (Basic Tekken layout)
Overall: 8.5 (Nice installment that could have used more improvements)
