9.	Why does the sheriff change his mind about arresting Max? He didn't have enough evidence. He was afraid people would find out why he was arresting him. He was afraid Max might use his powers and hurt him. He decided it was no use because his parents would get him out of jail in an hour anyway.
10.	Why did Max and Liz decide not to be more than friends? They were "different". She was already dating Kyle. They thought it wouldn't last. They hardly knew each other.
