Welcome back! We have been called together once more to battle Cobra and it's allies. The recent terrorist attacks have killed hundreds and thousands more remain threatened. In many incidents hostages have been taken or people have been kidnapped and taken to unknown locations. It is our job to locate the terrorists and neutralize them. We have been given full discretion for our operations. That means we are on our own and we don't have to clear anything with anybody. We have been promised the full co-operation of our allies around the world. Don't any of you bother getting settled in. If this terrorist surge continues none of us will be here. And I'm betting it will. This time Cobra has teamed up with some of democracy's worst enemies and it doesn't look like it's about to stop. Let's get moving! Yo Joe!
