Powers: Executor can move at supersonic speeds, and in short bursts at the speed of light. At top speed he is intangible and can pass through walls up to one inch thick. He can only maintain this speed for a matter of seconds, however, and he requires a 'runway' to build up velocity. Most of the time he contents himself with running at about 300 mph.

Weapons: Executor's weapon of choice is an army utility knife, but he is proficient with a rifle and sidearm as well.

History: Executor was a premature baby, and a weak and sickly child. This disgusted his father, a bad-tempered and sadistic Army drill sergeant, and he mentally and physically abused Shawn from a very young age. After witnessing repeated beatings of his mother, and being completely twisted by his father, who often punished him by locking him in the crawl space under their house, Shawn began a slow but sure descent into insanity. He rarely spoke, never smiled, and eventually would not even show pain when his father beat him. He became a model of everything his father wanted in a son - disciplined, silent, and regimented.

When Shawn was eleven, his mother finally escaped her torment and left his father. The elder Lacey ordered Shawn to gather her things and burn them in the backyard incinerator, including his mother's pet cat. Shawn calmly went to his parent's bedroom closet, took out one of his father's knives, and stabbed him in the neck. Finally free of his tormentor, Shawn stuffed his body into the incinerator instead of his mother's things. Shawn's crime was discovered by one of his father's friends, and Shawn confessed to the police. He was remanded to a mental institution for the rest of his life and branded a dangerous sociopath.

Shawn spent his teenage years behind the walls of a mental hospital. His mutant powers manifested while he was in solitary confinement for cutting off another patient's finger with a sharpened spoon, and Shawn used them to escape his cell. When the hospital administration found out that Shawn was a mutant he was kept sedated and in a straitjacket. His life might have ended dismally if not for Adrienne Poe, leader of the fledgling Eclipse Army. Adrienne recruited Shawn while he was in the hospital, and the Eclipse Army broke him out. Shawn killed several guards during his escape, and Adrienne was so impressed she made him her field general. Shawn developed an intense attachment to Adrienne, becoming her protector and most loyal soldier. Adrienne never truly returned his affection, simply manipulating it for the good of the Eclipse Army. Shawn carried out her every order unquestioningly, and became her most valuble and terrible asset.
