Who is Millefeuille?

Millefeuille is trully the man with a million names, or at least a million ways to spell his name. I have seen his name as Millefeuille, Mille Feuille, Milfy Yu, and just Milfy. Millefeuille is the leader of the Haz Knights, a group of loyal knights that protect Big Momma and her interests. He is from the anime series, Sorcerer Hunters, and although he is not one of the 8 main characters, he is no doubt one of the more interesting sub characters. Sorcerer Hunters, the english name for Bakuretsu Hunters, comprizes of one TV series of 27 episodes, three OAV episodes, and a manga. I have seen the TV series in its entirety, but not the OAV or read the manga *altough that will soon be remedied*.

Why Millefeuille?

As I was watching Sorcerer Hunters and following the antics of the Hunters themselves, I began to see that there was a darker plot that the Hunters just did not see. This became especially clear in the second season, which was titled "Spell Wars: Sorcerer Hunters", when the villian Zaha Torte was finally fully introduced and we as viewers learned more about the ongoing struggle between Big Momma and Zaha. The Hunters then seemed to become pawns in their struggle. Although Millefeuille may not have known the whole story of what was going on between Momma and Zaha, he knew enough of what was going to know how dangerous the situation was, yet he put his life on the line for his principles, by choice not because he was forced to or was coerced to. That is why I think he deserves his own page and shrine.

Background on Sorcerer Hunters

(Note: Most of the info that I have comes from the TV series, but as I get and read the manga, and once the OAV's are released, I will update this site. I am aware that there are some differences between the three that need to be addressed. Alas, I am in no position to do that just yet.)

Okay. The world that this anime takes place in is called "The Spooner Continent" and on this world there are people who have aquired skills in the magical arts, and unfortunately with anything that is uber powerful, not all of these people use their sorcererous powers for the good of humanity, and there are people who's job it is to 'take out' the evil sorcerers. Organized by Big Momma, the Sorcerer Hunters consist of Carrot Glaces, his brother Marron Glaces, their friend, Gateau Mocha, and the two sisters Chocolate Misu and Tira Misu. *If you haven't noticed all of the people in this anime are named after different types of food.* Momma is aided by a small winged girl named Dotta *short for Daughter* who, in most cases in the one responsible for telling the Hunters who their next target is.

This is the inner story of Sorcerer Hunters as it goes episode to episode fighting sorcerers. The outer story is more complicated and until the end of the anime, kept hidden from the Hunters themselves. This story involves Zaha Torte, a very powerful sorcerer from ages ago who wants to destroy the world so that it can be rebuilt in the way that he sees fit. Big Momma and he are advesaries, as she does not wish him to achieve his ends because it would mean the destruction of the world. Inside Carrot resides the God of Destruction and by calling forth this god Zaha plans to destroy the world. The Sorcerer Hunters are unaware of this plot until about the last 4 or 5 episodes of the series.
