Background: Ned was a happy child, and he and his beret could not be seperated. Then came that fateful day when everyone got sick of him and oppressed him. He fled to the Mushroom World, and he is now a bounty hunter. He met up with Nill on assignment and they brought down Waluigi. Now he's after Fred the Spanyard!!! But the question is, does he really want to get him?

Editior's Note: Before this site was up, I had an idea for a story where Fred the SPanyard fought a French version of himself. Originally, there was going to be a lot of French and Spanish phrases in the fight. But I abandoned that. I kept the French Fred idea, though. Now he's alive!!! Kind of...
