Background: The only reason Joe has a job in the Kingdom is that he's related to Toad. You see, Joe may or may not be eye-less. When he was six, he got into a fight with a Koopa-Troopa and his eyes were hurt. So now, Joe relies on his cushy gig. Also, he relies on Bob to help out around their apartment.

Editor's Note: Joe is name I picked randomly out of a name book. Originally, Hoe was supposed to be the stupid one. This explains the incident in BFNA1. But I had several strange ideas over the summer. These required Bob to be the stupid one, and I thought Bob had the mustache. So, they traded brains. More on Joe's brother later.
