Raye aka Sailor Mars is a very pretty young priestess who is armed with special intuition and anti-evil-spirit incantations. She is usually rather harsh and critical with Serena (Usagi). Her specialty as Sailor Mars is fire attacks.

But we all know that.

The reason I like Raye is that she is very independent and she’s not afraid to wear
really high heels on the job. She’s also really
gorgeous (especially in the manga, where the
art is always better). Plus being a priestess is cool and one weakly surviving cultural element left from Japan.
